BBQ or Oven Baked Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
- I kg chicken pieces
- 2 tsp Kashmiri masala
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- Salt, pepper
- Mixed herbs
- 5 Tbsp. of Aminas Tikka marinade
- 1/4 cup sour milk
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with all these spices, Kashmiri masala, garlic paste, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, Aminas Tikka Marinade, and sour cream.
- Overnight or for a couple of hours
- Cook over hot coal
- If you’re using the oven, bake for 1½ hrs in the oven at 180 degrees Celcius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
