On my table for breakfast was an all-time favorite Ham Cheese Egg Toast

Is Ham a breakfast food?

Ham and eggs are popular dishes often served as breakfast meals in the United States. It is also consumed as a dinner or supper dish, for example in parts of the Southern United States, and is sometimes served as a lunch dish.

Toast is the bread that has been browned by radiant heat. The browning is the result of a Maillard reaction, altering the flavor of the bread and making it firmer so that it is easier to spread toppings on it. Toasting is a common method of making stale bread more palatable.
