Lemon Butter Sauce Chicken Kebab

- 1 kg chicken mince
- 2 slices of bread (processed in a food processor to make bread crumbs)
- 2 onions (processed in a food processor with
- 1 bunch dhania (do not make it too fine)
- 2 tsp crushed garlic paste
- 2 tsp green chili paste
- 2 level tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp crushed jeero
- 2 tsp crushed dhania
- 2 tsp chicken spice
- 2 tsp bbq spice
- 1 tsp aromat
- 1 tsp crushed chili
- 1 tsp tandoori spice
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp Aromat
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- Mix all ingredients well together.
- Shape with oiled hands.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Drizzle some oil in a nonstick pan.
- Fry on medium heat for a few min on each side (do not overcook kebabs as it will get hard )
- Make lemon butter sauce and pour over.
