Description

A sweet, tangy, and spicy Peppadew relish on a lovely burger with a yummy pattie


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1kg Minced Meat (your choice)
  • 23 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 23 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp. Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Mustard Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Ginger
  • 12 Peppadew Peppers (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Peppadew Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of Peppadews (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Keep chilled.
  2. Add all the seasoning and peppadews to the minced meat.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Shape into patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook to your liking.
  6. Top with peppadew mayonnaise, your choice of burger toppings, and enjoy!!
