Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Cans Chickpeas (drain & save liquid)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Tahini Paste
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Jalapeño Peppers (deseeded)
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (cubed)
  • Garnish: Olive Oil & Paprika

Instructions

  1. Place the chickpeas into the food processor then add in the lemon juice, garlic, pineapple, pepper, olive oil, salt & tahini.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour in some of the reserved liquid from the chickpeas while blending if the mixture becomes too thick.
  4. Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with a drizzling of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Enjoy!!
