Description

Red velvet pancakes with cream cheese filling make for a yummy start to the day.


Ingredients

Cream Cheese Filling

  • Β± 12.5 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy.
  2. Slowly add in the sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  3. Sift together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Whisk together all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl and slowly stir them into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
  5. Cook the pancakes on a nonstick pan.
  6. Once cooled a little, spread with the cream cheese filling and stack.
  7. Enjoy!!
