Galette (from the Norman word gale, meaning “flat cake”) is a term used in French cuisine to designate various types of flat round or freeform crusty cakes, or, in the case of a Breton galette, a pancake made with buckwheat flour usually with a savory filling. In French Canada, the term galette is usually applied to pastries best described as large cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 Roll Puff Pastry
- 1 Tub Cream Cheese
- Cubed Feta
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Broccolini
- Cubed Ham
- Chopped Red Onion
Instructions
- Lightly roll out the puff pastry.
- Place on a baking sheet spread the cream cheese on the bottom then add
in the fillings. - Fold over the edges, brush with beaten egg and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until golden on the edges.
