Description

Instructions

  6. Beat the egg well and mix all the ingredients.
  7. Knead your dough well and let it rise until it doubles in size.
  8. Keep it covered and in a warm place.
  9. Shape the dough into the desired size.
  10. You will be able to make 24 good-sized oblongΒ doughnuts from this mixture.
  11. Fry in deep oil until golden brown.
  12. Once done, dip them in syrup, set them aside, and let them cool.

For the filling:

  1. Beat 2 cups of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar until it forms soft peaks.
  2. Gently cut the doughnut in the middle, but be careful not to cut through.
  3. Spoon jam (your desired choice) into the middle, if you prefer.
