Add all this to the pork chops in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate for 6 hours (overnight preferably).
Pat dry.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Place chops on a foiled lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Turn and spoon mixture on the other side.
Bake for further 15 minutes.
Seasoning
Mix well and spoon on over one side of chops.
Caramelized Onion and Garlic Baked Potato
I steamed the potatoes (in my InstaPot until tender).
Fried the onion and sliced garlic in a little oil with salt and balsamic vinegar.
Mix the remaining ingredients (except the cheese) in a jug until smooth.
Season the potatoes with salt, cracked black pepper, and potato spice.
Add the onions, pour over the sauce, sprinkle the cheese.
Bake simultaneously with the pork chops.
The squash I also steamed in the InstaPot after removing the potatoes, added some butter, pinch of sugar, salt, pepper, and Aromat.
Filled with Sweetcorn and dusted with paprika. Simple green salad with red jalapeno and homemade salad dressing.
