Melanie's Pasta With Mascarpone Cheese
My daughter asked me to make Fettucine Alfredo but I decided to deviate slightly from Alfredo Sauce and instead I made PASTA WITH MASCARPONE SAUCE. You can add mushrooms if you want but I chose to stick to plain creamy pasta and cheese. It was delicious.
Hannah's Pepper Soup
Ingredients:
6 large red and yellow Bell peppers, take out pips and cut in slices
4 large carrots cleaned and chopped
5 medium potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
