Been away on holiday for a while, so I spoiled the family with Paella tonight…. well, they cleared the deck . I hope you enjoy this one😊
Preshana's Malabi
Malabi is a Middle Eastern milk based custard flavoured with rose water.
It can be served with a fruit syrup,dried fruit and toasted nuts.
I served mine with toasted dedicated coconut, pistachios, slivered almonds, dried cranberries and apricots.
Preshana's Kitchener Buns
I made both these products with this quantity of dough.
I found this dough sticky, so set aside 1/2 to 3/4 cup flour EXTRA and add a little at a time until a pliable texture was reached.
