Preshana's Malabi
Malabi is a Middle Eastern milk based custard flavoured with rose water.
It can be served with a fruit syrup,dried fruit and toasted nuts.
I served mine with toasted dedicated coconut, pistachios, slivered almonds, dried cranberries and apricots.
