Valentine Month Special
250 gms Cooking Dark Chocolate Bar,
50 gms Cocoa powder,
One drop of Orange Essence,
Heart shaped Chocolate moulds
Break the chocolate bar in small pieces,
Keep in a double boiler, in a bowl & above a Hot boiling water in another bowl, so that the heat will help to melt the chocolate.
Add Cocoa powder
Add Orange Essence,
Put a spoon of chocolate in the mould, put some walnut pieces, again put another spoon of melted chocolate..
Keep in the freezer for 2 hrs
Heart shaped Dark Chocolates are ready.
