Gail's Lemon Meringue Pie
Ingredients
200 g packet tennis biscuits crushed and mixed with 5 tbsp melted butter for base.
Flatten biscuits in your pie dish including the sides.
Gail's Sauerkraut (Sour Cabbage)
Ingredients:
1 x 400 g tin Koo sauerkraut
2 tbsp butter
1/2 medium onion chopped

4 cups self-raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
150g soft margarine or butter

Beat 250 g butter
with 1 cup castor sugar until white and creamy.
Then add 3 TBS oil and beat well.
