
Preshana's Buttermilk Fruit Loaf
I tweaked this recipe slightly, by using wholemeal self raising flour and the normal self raising flour(1 1/2 cups of each).I used a mix of dried blueberries, cranberries and dates.This recipe yielded I large and I medium sized loaf.It tastes more like a fruit bread rather than a cake, perfect on its own or served with butter and a slice of cheese
