What is Apo Appam Crepes

Appam is a South Indian pancake dish, made from fermented rice paste and coconut milk, common in the southern Indian states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, as well as the island nation of Sri Lanka. It can be made and served in both sweet and savory varieties, with a layer of creamy coconut milk or a sunnyside-style fried egg in the center of the appam. Appam is usually served for breakfast or dinner.
