4 cloves garlic
1 tsp mustard seeds
Few Fresh curry leaves
2 tomatoes grated
2 tsp Crayfish Masala
1 tsp jeera, turmeric and
1 tsp suhana mild chilli powder
4 whole crayfish (cut and remove tails and take out crayfish eggs and set aside)
Salt to taste
Cut and Deveine prawns
Fresh chopped dhanya
Braise onion in oiL and add mustard seeds and grated garlic
Add crayfish eggs.
Add spices and salt
Add crayfish, prawns and calamari strips
Cook until seafood changed color
Add grated tomato and garnish with fresh dhanya
Indian style Roti
4 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
125g butter (rub in flour)
1/4 cup oil
Mix well to make a soft dough.
Cut in balls and roll out and fry in pan
