Ginger choc nut biscuits

Mix 1 cup butter
1/4 cup oil
1t vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
Until light and fluffy

Add
1/2 cuo Tastee wheat
3T Cocoa
2T fine ginger
3 cup flour and
1/2 cup nibbed Almonds

Mix to a soft dough roll into balls and press down with a fork to create a pattern
Bake 180 degree for about 12-15 min.
While still warm roll in brown sugar (I sprinkled mine on before I put into the oven)
You can eat now or sandwich with melted chocolate enjoy:-)
