Ingedients
3 cups self raising flour – I increased the quantity
1 can cream style sweetcorn
1 can condensed milk

Method
Mix sweetcorn and condensed milk together.
Sift in the flour and mix well.
Add spoonfuls into greased muffin tray.
Bake at 140°C for 45- 60mins until done.
Check the muffins after 45mins and if need be let them bake until done.
Enjoy!!!
