Clutter is nothing more than postponed decisions – Barbara Hemphill
How to get yourself organized in your day to day as well as blogging.
I have collected a variety of 20 tips we can all revisit and adapt to suit our own situation to be more organized and productive.
- Consolidate the websites or places you frequently visit to obtain blogging or other information
- Create a routine and get yourself set up with a daily routine
- Delegate some of your work to others – outsource to a VA
- Find a system that works best for you
- Go Paperless
- Have a central to-do list follow it
- Keep on top of emails and do not drop the ball
- Keep your desk clean and make your workspace work for you
- Leave your phone on silent mode
- Never multitask, you lose track of an idea and it takes way more time to revisit and pick up where you left off.
- Never procrastinate, delay or postpone anything, get it done and you will be way happier once the task completed and off your to-do list
- Purge supplies and put it away those you regularly use in its place and have them easily accessible
- Realize that you are not the same as your fellow blogger
- Set aside time for organizing and to brainstorming
- Set up a daily, weekly, and monthly plan and stick to it
- Take breaks
- Talk to others and get their input and listen, really listen, to what they have to offer
- Unsubscribe
- Use Apps or files to streamline your work and stay organized
- Use your email calendar

We respectfully ask for your support and help to share our weekly post on a Monday and throughout the week when you come to share your post via Inlinkz. If you do not share and help #SeniSal will not be able to survive. I tried to pin a couple of images, but got error messages. Thanks for the tips! I especially like the line about organization being a journey and not a destination.
Barbara thanks for trying. What type of errors, please let me know as I would like to fix asap or could it be Pinterest Errors?
It worked now. Maybe Pinterest was having a glitch earlier.
Thank you for keep trying, yes Pinterest can be temperamental from time to time
