May 2017 Share and Inspire Others! – “D”
I wanted to do this theme last month, but just could not wrap my head around what the “D” should stand for, as this is probably the most difficult one of all. All I could come up with would be: Dates, Donuts, Duck and Dumplings.
It’s really hard to find baking/cooking ingredients starting with a “D”, so now I would like to challenge you to email me your dish/es, be it cooking or baking with any ingredient starting with a “D” which forms part of the title of your recipe. This is an open category and I truly hope to receive a wide variety of entires with an ingredient starting with a “D”
Please, feel free to submit any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D” and forms part of the title of your recipe.
Please check out the How to Participate in our Monthly Share and Inspire Others! Exchange, but please come back for more.
Timeframe:
May 1st – Theme will be announced and published on The Recipe Hunter blog.May 10th – Submissions need to be received via email @ co**********@sh**.ca
May 15th – Release of all entries from participants on The Recipe Hunter blog.
May 20th – Promote and do a post/reblog on your own blog, linking back to the original post.
Remember, the subject line of your email, should be marked as follows: May 2017 – Any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D”
The TRIED AND TESTED recipe/s (maximum of 5 per blogger) you wish to submit, can be a previously prepared recipe you already have on your blog. No need to have made it yesterday, or last week. As long as it fits the theme: Any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D”, please email me @ co**********@sh**.ca

It’s May 1st, Beautiful People, International Workers Day – so start working on Esme The Recipe Hunter’s delightful May theme!
Awesome you’re beyond wonderful. Thanks
My pleasure – it’s the least I can do when you are doing so much!
😻😻😻🌹🌹🌹
P.P.S. I give up on spelling today.
Not to worry dear. Bedtime for you
🙂
P.S. Considering that I am not even fully awake, having had about 4 hours of sleep after a very tiring trip, I meat “I don’t know”! I am reblogging your post, as usual.
Hope all well and you get some 💤💤💤 soon.
Just a crazy flight schedule plus an emotionally draining event – still in the kitchen, though…
Hope you have a good nights sleep. Lunch time at the office so quickly checking in
Enjoy your lunch, dear!
Thanks. Ttyl. Got to get back to work
In Russian, we say, “Work is not a wolf; it won’t run away into the forest. It can wait.”
Yup I agree, but short staffed, and its busy season, so its going crazy
I can relate to that, but don’t overwork yourself!
I am trying
Take a deep breath and have a nice cup of tea…
Just had our evening meal, so that will follow shortly.
Relax and enjoy 🙂
♥
Dear friend, I don’t what this theme is more: adorable or amusing! Sending you some recipes…
Yippee. I have my first promise of “D” recipes. 😻😻
am slow on the uptake today, but wasn’t May supposed to be the “E” month, but this logic?
The green veggies last month did not follow the alpha as I just needed a more healthy one do now back on track
I see, but would dill fall under green veggies or under D?
Both will work
In that case, I’ll send you something in addition to what I’ve already sent before.
Delectable do so
Not urgent, but in your post, it reads “any ingredient starting with a “D” which forms part of the title of your recipe” and a few lines further, “any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D”
So does the “D” ingredient have to be in the title or not? You know how crazy my titles run sometimes.
Funky cat – if possible the ingredient should be listed in the title, but as I made a booboo, as long as you have an ingredient with a D then I will accept it.
Told you this was a tough one.
Touch ones are always the most interesting! 🙂
I have not downloaded my emails as yet, will do so and see what interesting recipes you already forwarded
I see that my spelling is not back yet – embarrassing!
Seems like you still need some sleep
I actually didn’t get any yet…
Mwah – not good
Sleep is such a waste of time – vastly overrated!
Good for you if you can go without it, I do need at least 4-5 hours per night
I can go for a few days and then I crash. It’s not like college days any more, unfortunately.
