May 2017 Share and Inspire Others! – "D"

May 2017 Share and Inspire Others! – “D”

I wanted to do this theme last month, but just could not wrap my head around what the “D”Ā shouldĀ stand for, as this is probably the most difficult one of all. Ā All I could come up with would be: Dates, Donuts, Duck and Dumplings. Ā
It’s really hard to find baking/cooking ingredients starting with a “D”, soĀ now IĀ would like to challenge you to email me your dish/es, be it cooking or baking with any ingredient starting with aĀ “D”Ā which forms part of the title of your recipe. This is an open category and I truly hope to receive a wide variety of entires with an ingredient starting with aĀ “D”Ā
Please, feel free to submit any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D” and forms part of the title of your recipe.
Please check out the How to ParticipateĀ in our Monthly ShareĀ and Inspire Others! Exchange, but please come back for more.
Timeframe:
May 1st – Theme will be announced and published on The Recipe HunterĀ blog.
May 10th – Submissions need to be received via email @Ā cookandenjoy@shaw.ca
May 15th – Release of all entries from participantsĀ on The Recipe HunterĀ blog.
May 20th – Promote and do a post/reblog on yourĀ own blog, linking back to the original post.
Remember, the subject line of your email, should be marked as follows:Ā MayĀ 2017 – Any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D”
The TRIED AND TESTED recipe/s (maximum of 5 per blogger) you wish to Ā submit, can be a previously prepared recipe you already have on your blog. Ā No need to have made it yesterday, or last week. Ā As long as it fits the theme:Ā Any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D”,Ā please email me @Ā cookandenjoy@shaw.ca
Please trh-messageĀ onĀ THIS POST, to let me know to check my email inboxĀ for your APRIL 2017 entry. Ā I am looking forward to each and every entry on: Any dish with an ingredient starting with a “D”Ā at your earliest convenience, but by the very latest clockĀ MayĀ 10th, 2017, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada time.

Reblogged this on koolkosherkitchen and commented:

P.S. Considering that I am not even fully awake, having had about 4 hours of sleep after a very tiring trip, I meat “I don’t know”! I am reblogging your post, as usual.

Just a crazy flight schedule plus an emotionally draining event – still in the kitchen, though…

Dear friend, I don’t what this theme is more: adorable or amusing! Sending you some recipes…

am slow on the uptake today, but wasn’t May supposed to be the “E” month, but this logic?

        1. cookandenjoyrecipes

The green veggies last month did not follow the alpha as I just needed a more healthy one do now back on track

In that case, I’ll send you something in addition to what I’ve already sent before.

Not urgent, but in your post, it reads “any ingredient starting with a ā€œDā€ which forms part of the title of your recipe” and a few lines further, “any dish with an ingredient starting with a ā€œDā€
So does the “D” ingredient have to be in the title or not? You know how crazy my titles run sometimes.

                    1. cookandenjoyrecipes

Funky cat – if possible the ingredient should be listed in the title, but as I made a booboo, as long as you have an ingredient with a D then I will accept it.
Told you this was a tough one.

                    2. cookandenjoyrecipes

I have not downloaded my emails as yet, will do so and see what interesting recipes you already forwarded

                    3. cookandenjoyrecipes

Good for you if you can go without it, I do need at least 4-5 hours per night

                    4. koolkosherkitchen

I can go for a few days and then I crash. It’s not like college days any more, unfortunately.
