Ingredients and Method:
Sift 3 cups flour
4tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ cup cocoa
Stir in 2 cup sugar.
In a jug combine 2 cups hot water
3/4 cup oil
2tsp vanilla essence.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into well-greased pan and bake in preheated oven @ 180C for 20 mins or until cooked.
Remove and cool completely and decorate as desired.
