An easy, quick, and oh-so-delicious Berry Cheesecake with Berry Coulis for an easy afternoon coffee or teatime treat. A must-add to your recipe list!

Cheesecake is a sweet dessert consisting of one or more layers. The main, and thickest, layer consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar. If there is a bottom layer, it most often consists of a crust or base made from crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or sometimes sponge cake

    • Hi Sue, Thanks so much, yes any berries does give a pop to a cake, cheesecake etc. I especially love it on a cheesecake due to the cheesecake color and then the vibrant berries. Have a great weekend Sue

      • As I said cheesecake is a favourite in our house. We particularly like the baked version and I always top with berries for that extra pop of colour. x
