Chop 4 chicken breasts in cubes
Marinate with following masalas
2 t kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 t dhania powder
1/2 t jeera powder
1/2 t crushed black pepper
1t fine salt
1/4 t garam masala
After ten minutes, fry chicken in 2 T oil in flat pot
Add finely chopped curry leaves and a few sprigs of fresh thyme
After 15 minutes add 1 finely sliced onion
Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes after five minutes
Cook with lid closed for 10 minutes on low.
Garnish with green dhania
