Description
Treat your sweet tooth to our Easy 6 Ingredient Intensely Chocolatey Puddle Cakes. It’s a chocolate dream come true
Ingredients
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 100g Butter
- 150g Brown Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 50g Flour
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and stir in the butter till smooth.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Whisk in the sugar and eggs one at a time.
- Pour in the vanilla, and add in the flour. Combine well.
- Grease the ramekins (I used a muffin tray).
- Bake at 180C / 350F for 10-12 minutes.
- The tops should be firm to the touch but the centre will be squishy.
- Serve while warm with cream or ice cream and enjoy!!
