Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 100g Butter
  • 150g Brown Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 50g Flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and stir in the butter till smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Whisk in the sugar and eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour in the vanilla, and add in the flour. Combine well.
  5. Grease the ramekins (I used a muffin tray).
  6. Bake at 180C / 350F for 10-12 minutes.
  7. The tops should be firm to the touch but the centre will be squishy.
  8. Serve while warm with cream or ice cream and enjoy!!

  3. I’ve heard of mudpie, and I’ve heard of mud pudding, but this is my first time learning about puddle cakes. It sounds quite delicious.
