How To Make Your Blog Posts Titles More Enticing
Certain words in blog post titles entice readers to want to find out more. Here are a few –
- Did
- Do you
- Don’t
- Have
- Have you
- How
- How to
- This
- This is
- What
- When
- Where
- Who
- Why
Also look at some more tricks you can use to entice readers to read your posts:
Numbers
Yes, numbers work just as well as certain words do. For example, which of these two blog post titles do you think have more of an impact?
Do yourself a huge favor, and take the time to visit blogging leader Janice Wald over at MostlyBlogging as she says that odd numbers do better than even numbers, and apparently prime numbers even more so.
Hashtags
It will be well worth your time to check out which hashtags are current before you publish a blog post.
Power words
Do not forget to share the POST URL link, not your blog URL

Thanks for hosting, Esme. I posted two links today, Pull-Apart Potato Rolls, and Biscuits and Gravy. I see some intriguing posts to check out on my next break. And, of course, I like to come back at the end of the party so I don’t miss the posts of those who linked up after me.
