When ManyChat approached me to try out their product I first wasn’t 100% sure if it would work for me.

After all, Instagram – and my approach on this platform – is all about authentic connection.
I’ve never automated likes, comments, or follows.

But I quickly learned that that’s not what ManyChat is all about.

1️⃣ ManyChat is an official Facebook partner, meaning it’s 100% safe to use and you won’t get punished for using it.

2️⃣ ManyChat is all about helping you generate leads and customers who want to get in touch with YOU (meaning it will never approach or spam any of your followers on your behalf)

3️⃣ You can set up complex automation, but you don’t need to. In literally less than 5 minutes I set up a simple 3-step “flow” that asks my followers to DM me a keyword (for example “viral”) in order to get access to a free gift.

Here’s what it looks like:

24 hours after launching my first flow, here’s what I’ve found: Within 24 hours, my automation was triggered over 100 times by followers who sent me the keyword “viral”.100% (!!) of the leads opened my DMs. If you know anything about opening rates, you know that this is UNHEARD of (industry standards for email open rates are between 20-30%, and even text message open rates don’t make it to 100%).67.3% clicked on the link to download the free Reels guide (to put this into perspective, if I get a click-through rate of 5-10% in my emails, I’m doing a happy dance).
Best of all?

Once I set up the automation and posted my Instagram post and stories promoting the freebie, I didn’t have to do ANYTHING else.

If you think about it, it would have taken me at least 30 seconds per follower to send the messages manually – meaning I just saved myself 60+ minutes AND my followers were happy because they didn’t have to wait to receive the link!

I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty much blown away by these numbers and stats and I can’t wait to continue to test and learn more about this platform.
