Description

Breakfast Wraps made with Sweet Pepper Scrambled Eggs filled with Tomato & Basil Lavash.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup Sweet Peppers (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • 4 Lavash Flatbread (store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Cook onion and peppers till soft.
  3. Pour in seasoned eggs and cook till just set.
  4. Spoon eggs into lavash and fold.
  5. Enjoy!!
