Smore is a campfire treat but here we have a Smores Ice Cream Pie and it’s so much more delicious.

S’more is a campfire treat popular in the United States and Canada, consisting of one or more toasted marshmallows and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker.

  1. Sounds delicious Esme, I am a HUGE fan of smores. I recently found a graham cracker that is a GF option that I actually like. Looks like I would only need to make a minor adjustment to your recipe, thanks for sharing with Whimsy Home Wednesday.

    • Awesome to hear from you Cara. And glad you found a good GF Graham Cracker. Do you mind sharing with me the brand info then I can see if I can find it here in Canada or maybe online to order. I hope and trust that you will be able to modify the rest to suit your dietary needs.
