2 tablespoons ghee
2 tablespoons semolina
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup dessicated coconut
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon elaichi powder
Braise semolina in ghee.
Add milk and cook until it appears like porridge.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add baking powder coconut eggs sugar and elachi powder.
Add another two tablespoons of melted ghee. Mix well.
Grease a square baking dish pour mixture and bake at 180deg for approximately 20 minutes.
