This is very important and something you need to seriously consider signing up for if you do not wish to possibly get sued.
Yes, I know you may find some other resources as well, some free, but not as comprehensive as what you will find done by the below 2 Blogging Lawyers.
The laws based on which bloggers and other creatives can get sued are the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act. An easy solution to make sure you minimize your chances of being sued is to make your website ADA and California Unruh Act compliant.
I have heard of prominent name bloggers who already receive papers and have been sued and it is costing them tens of thousands of $++.
